Sanjay leads the Finance and Overall Strategic Direction of the Company.
Sanjay is experienced in property development and construction having first gained experience while working for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in London. He has worked on several iconic projects such as the Mersey gateway bridge, Cross Rail, Hinkley Point & Marriott Hotel St.Kitts all in a Consultant Capacity. He has also been working for the Hinduja Group in the re-development of Sir Winston Churchill’s Old War Office in London which is a Mixed-Use Development consisting of a Luxury Hotel, Luxury Apartments and Commercial Space.
Sanjay holds a Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Accountant (England & Wales).
Dilan overlooks the marketing and overall business development of the company. His experience includes front end marketing and building new business models and ideas. After joining MAS Holdings 6 years ago, Dilan joined the groups central innovation team where he worked directly with the Chief growth officer to build new ideas and adjacencies that were different from the core business of apparel. Having been exposed to working with numerous startups and digital businesses, Dilan brings a different thinking and approach to the group.
He currently heads the innovation team at Linea Aqua, a $100 million JV business between MAS Holdings and Speedo international that is one of the largest manufacturers of swim wear in the world.
Dilan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts
Starting in 1986, this highly regarded professional is working throughout his 32 nd year of his career. He is a well-known character in the construction industry because of his fabulous
work history. The largest project he has ever undertaken in his career is the Jetty Extension Project in China Bay which had the contract sum of Rs. 1.2 billion. Furthermore, he is the
pioneer in Sri Lankan construction industry to cost a project consisting 93 piles under the sea. Apart from that, he has cost various kinds of projects including apartments, hotels, high-rise
buildings and many more.
He completed Part 1, 2, and 3 in Quantity Surveying at City & Guilds of London Institute in late 80s and early 90s. Moreover, he holds the associate membership at Architects and
Surveyors Institute.
Ashan is a newly qualified Civil engineer from the University of Morattuwa. He is the youngest member on the team and is also a CIMA passed finalist. He has proved to be a vital asset to the team given his background in both Business and Engineering. He has been the vital link between all the different groups of stakeholders involved.
